Pennalizer 5F6-A 4×10

Pennalizer 5F6-A 4x10 The Pennalizer 5F6-A 4×10 is based on the archetypal 5F6-A circuit of the 1950′s. This is the circuit that started rock and roll and has graced many a stage and studio during its past 50 years in service. The circuit is warm and dynamic with extremely smooth breakup when pushed.

The amp features two channels that are internally jumped so you can blend them to accommodate many different guitar models. The Normal channel is fat and rich sounding which is perfect for guitars equipped with single coil pickups. The Bright channel is slightly different than the stock arrangement and geared toward guitars with full size humbucking pickups and archtop guitars. Both channels are fed through a common tone stack which is also slightly different in both component values and materials from the classic model. The changes make the amp more versatile and are voiced more toward the electric guitar rather than the intended use for the electric bass guitar! The tone stack features Treble, Bass, Middle and Presence.

The simple straightforward design gives the player an amplifier for the highest level of musical expression. Single notes sing out with clarity and character and complex chords are defined and musical. This may be the world’s greatest rock & roll and blues amp ever designed! $2399.00.

Pennalizer 5E3 1×12

Pennalizer 5E3 1x12

The Pennalizer 5E3 1×12 is based on the archetypal 5E3 circuit of the 1950′s. This is the circuit that was also part of rock and roll history and has been recorded literally countless times during its past 50+ years in service. The circuit is very dynamic and touch sensitive.

The amp features two channels. The Normal channel is fat and rich sounding with less mids than the Bright channel. The Bright channel has more pronounced mids and is perfect for dynamic sounding overdrive. The Normal channel is slightly different than the stock circuit incorporating a small value bright cap across the volume pot to enhance clarity making this channel perfect for clean playing. Used with a high quality A/B box such as the ones built by Lehle you can transform this little monster into a channel switching amp! The original ground switch is replaced with a standby switch to promote tube life.

This extremely simple straightforward design gives the player a versatile amplifier for the small gig or studio. Normal channel cleans are complex and musical with nice definition and Bright channel overdrive tones are singing and aggressive. This may be the world’s greatest amp for the small gig and studio ever designed! $1299.00
